'Heart Intelligence' is so precious in this increasing era of Artificial Intelligence. In a world full of distractions, attention is our greatest currency.  Today, with information overload and the urge to constantly occupy ourselves, it is becoming harder to slow down and to be present.  Mindfulness offers us the way.

At its core, mindfulness is about cultivating awareness, curiosity and acceptance of the present moment, including both internal and external experiences without getting caught up in regrets about the past or worries about the future. By intentionally paying attention to our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment in a non-reactive and non-judgmental manner, we can learn to be fully available to the present moment, to slow down and to act from a space of skilful diligence. In addition to formal meditation practices, mindfulness can be applied to everyday activities, such as eating, walking, or engaging in conversations. By practicing mindfulness, individuals develop a greater sense of clarity and emotional resilience. It fosters a deeper connection to the present moment and enhances overall well-being.
